Andrew Grudnik
Managing Director

Co-founder of CVA, Andrew was a high achiever with the Australian Defence Force (Army), and he retired in 1995 with honors. His defence force training in Material Management, Logistics Support and Training & Development has enabled Andrew to maximize the potential of CVA's team of outstanding industry professionals and state of the art equipment. Andrew continues to build a reputation as a dedicated professional with high business morals and an untiring work ethic.
Andrew's absolute passion for this business translates into a committed and focused team of AV Professionals who take great pride in CVA's attention to detail and are well trained & highly motivated to ensure the success of all events we are associated with.

Robyn Farrell
Financial Director

Co-founder of CVA with Andrew, Robyn has over 27 years of managing successful small businesses. Whilst looking after the administration side of the company, she also manages marketing, promotion and HR as well as co-creating the blueprint for the future of the CVA group, to ensure longevity and ongoing, seamless service to our valued clients.

 
Rowel Sardea
General Manager, Head Office

As an Engineering graduate from RMIT in Audiovisual Technology, Rowel has spent the past 20 years learning every facet of the industry in a variety of roles. Rowel has gained extensive experience with some of the best known names in the business, always putting the client requirements as the first and foremost goal, and his drive to exceed expectations has seen him progress through from Audio Visual Technician to General Manager.
Rowel's vast and valuable experience in every aspect of Audio Visual and Event Production combined with his dedication and commitment to his work and clients have earned him a well deserved reputation of being highly capable and dependable.

Josh Guy
Head of Production, Federation Square

Josh completed a degree in Audio Visual Technology at RMIT in 2004 after working in the television industry for five years. Throughout his career he has worked in a variety of venues and locations for live broadcast, corporate events and festivals. Career highlights include the Melbourne Commonwealth games, Loreal Fashion Festival, Big Day Out festivals, and countless events at many of Melbourne's premier venues. After returning to Melbourne in 2012 from working abroad on one of the Disney companies cruise ships in the USA, Josh joined the team at Federation Square to bring his professional live event skills to the heart of Melbourne. Specialising in live vision, Josh is also a sound and lighting technician, delivering impeccable results for clients at their events.

Cris Sirc
Operations Manager, Head Office

Cris has worked for music institutions such as Allans Music, Gallans Guitars and Mannys. Plus, many of Melbourne’s AV companies, as a freelancer.

He has been head honcho at his own AV production company that boasted clients such as Channel 7, 9 and 10, as well as Sony and Universal Music.

 
Rob Teichelman
Sales Manager

Experienced  AV Professional with a 30+ years demonstrated history of working in the events services industry. Skilled in Professional Audio, Event Planning, Stage Lighting, Production Management and Business Development. Strong sales professional with 10 years of technical management at the MCEC and twice establishing new branches of AV companies in both Victoria and Queensland.
