Quick User Instruction Guide
PHILIPS 4K LCD SCREEN
-
Find the remote at the back of the TV. Turn power on.
-
On start up the default screen (image below) is the "Custom" source - VLC media player
MEDIA PLAYER
TO CONNECT PC
CLICK HERE
USING THE VLC MEDIA PLAYER (via "Custom" source)

Ensure default screen is showing, if not select "Custom" source on the TV remote
-
To use the VLC Media Player, insert the USB drive on the rear side of the screen
-
If a pop up menu appears - asking "Do you want VLC to add device USB drive to your media library?"
select YES with the remote

All the media files on the USB drive will appear on the menu

Select a single media file to play and press OK on the remote. OR
-
To play ALL the media files, select the "All Videos" folder.
REPEAT / LOOP VIDEO FUNCTION

To activate the repeat/loop video function - while the video is playing PRESS the "UP" button on the remote and the media player menu will appear on the screen.

Scroll through the menu and select the "Repeat mode" with several options available - repeat once or repeat all
PC CONNECT
TO CONNECT A COMPUTER via HDMI cable

For computer connection, using the remote control press SOURCE button and select the HDMI input. Ensure the laptop is connected via HDMI cable.
